Fitting any Skid Steer from 70HP+ and 20 GPM+, no overheating:

For the first time in the industry, mulcher was developed with hydraulic carriers in mind and not just replacing PTO systems with underpowered hydro drive.

Our Pattented Smart Direct Drive can be set up on any machine with at least 70HP, 20 GPM and is tuned over a smart phone in a matter of seconds (only 1 time per machine).

Direct Drive enables the machine to spin with constant 2200 rpm and prevents stalling. At the same time, since utilizing all the potential of hydraulics, skids steers do not overheat when running Mastodon mulcher ( no Aux. coolers needed)

Since there are no belts, pulleys or no gears, this system is indestructible.

Patented Tooth Design:

With our experience building tree saws for more than 20 years, we managed to develop a tooth performing like a blade but with phenomenal durability.

Teeth on our mulchers have a life span of ~500 hours +, come with built in depth control  (new depth control with every tooth change), and we price them extremely reasonable ($70.00 / per tooth)

Maintenance:

Since there are no gearboxes or any other components needing maintenance, apart from bearings, the only requirement is to grease the machine once per 8 working hours. We had our customers in mind at that step also, so our machine is equipped with one grease point, which interconnects with all the points in the machine needing to be greased.  Do not worry about tearing any seals or gaskets, there is an overflow valve installed, so you can do nothing wrong when greasing the machine.

Running Costs:

We strive to keep running costs as low as possible. Our unique design of teeth and rotor do not require an inner liner on the machine, which is costly to purchase and replace (rotor out job on all other mulchers). 

We also thought about balancing issues all the other manufacturers experience on their machines. If you look at our rotor you will not see any weights on it. We achieved that with precise engineering and making potential tooth holder replacements hassle free for our customers.

If we add all that together and acknowledge the low cost of the tooth and practically 0 cost of maintenance, there is no more cost efficient mulcher on the market.

Warranty:

We offer a 2 years warranty on our Mastodon mulcher, which was unprecedented with any other manufacturer before we started offering it.
